Updated RPi Bluetooth & WiFi firmware

Hello!

The latest a/kernel-firmware package contains the latest BlueTooth and Wifi firmware for the RPi (released on archive.raspberrypi.org). I've tested it for the last few days on my RPi4 and it has been stable thus far.

If it breaks, let me know and I can roll it back.
