[SOLVED] How to modify and made custom package ?

Hi Guys,

sorry for the question, I ask for a friend:

How to modify a package ? For example, if person want to recompile the ffmpeg package from Arch git without x265 library.
How this can be done ? and after done it probably the install command will be pacman -S local.package

and the second question: Are this will have a problem pacman -Syyu ?
