"Couldn't download..." stuff while bootstrapping

When I tried to install Debian from bootstrap yesterday (from Knoppix) I have encountered two problems. Couldn't download libgcrypt7 (Checking, validating was done on it with libgcrypt11) and libgnutils10.

What's the best thing to do? I've excluded those two packages from base install and got that message in the end that installation successful, although umounter complained about unmounted proc tmpfs and boot, I think.

Will my system be okay? Has anyone else had trouble with it? I turned out that those errors are quite popular. I think package maintainers should be involved here, right?
