my /etc/apt/sources.list would contain wheezy-backports
Code:
deb http://ftp.us.debian.org/debian/ wheezy-backports main
i would check available versions
Code:
aptitude versions linux-image
if the latest is in wheezy-backports, i would install it using the "-t [release]" option
Code:
sudo aptitude -t wheezy-backports install linux-image
NOTE: You may have to specify which kernel (linux-image-amd64 , linux-image-amd64 , etc)
