I have Lenovo Y510p. Volume keys are not working, but brightness keys are working.
Which informations I need further to povide, so you can help me ?
Thank you.
Sorry about the slow response. Life struck me harder than I thought it would last week.
After some research, the most likely path of least resistance would be to set up keyboard shortcuts within your desktop environment. In GNOME, it's https://help.gnome.org/users/gnome-h...ts-set.html.en, although the directions will vary if you're using another Fedora spin.
Just for info, I have a lenovo y70 touchscreen laptop with fedora 25 xfce. All I can say is the volume keys on the keyboard work. I have to hold down the Fn key while using the volume keys (left and right arrow on my keyboard).
Unfortunately, none of the solutions worked.
I think that Linux is messing up things with two audio cards.
I can see "two" cards with alsamixer.
Usually I select proper card in Linux MATE, but I don't know how to do that in XFCE.
Selecting proper card in terminal, throught alsamixer, wont't work.
