Hello, I am using Plasma 5 live overlay and I am not able to install other language then american english... dont know, where to start, LINGUAS set to "cs", kde-l10n installed...
You might want kde-frameworks/ki18n:5... I have to say the whole KDE 4 / Plasma 5 thing is real mess just now... I only add British English support - so I'm not too sure about this...
The kde5.eclass does parse the regular LINGUAS variable - so presumably that's still used for internationalisation support. The ki18n / l10n package ebuild's will spit out an error if this env variable is set wrongly...
