ask whatever command needed, 5 days strugglin and can't find a solution...

Some additional details concerning this problem are needed. What's happening specifically? Did this problem start happening suddenly out of nowhere or did it start happening after you did something specific with the system? Or did it start gradually, getting worse over time?

What is the brand and model (and model number) of your laptop and how old is it?
