That really isn't much information. Are you trying to run a website from your local computer? If not, what exactly are you trying to do and what steps have you taken so far?

The system does not provide IP addresses, network card, or cable or wifi.
I have configured DHCP, and it works correctly on Windows and Android.
I must manually specify the IP address, gateway and DNS.
I do all the activities in my local network
