Can anyone recommend a good o/s ftp client? I am using Filezilla on my Windows PC, but am trying to take everything over to Linux.
Thanks in advance.

Midnight Commander is very nice. Also called mc. It is a program executed in the CLI - Those familiar with NORTON utilities might be familiar with this one. I have tried FileZilla on my box as well as other FTP clients but I always fall back to mc for it's ease of use and clear overview.
Thanks for the input, friends.
Farslayer. I tried your suggestion, and get the following error message: Filezilla-3.0.1.9. i586 [_krpreview_temp] cannot be installed due to missing dependencies.
Any ideas?
What were the missing dependencies? Usually they are listed by rpm, apt, urpmi or any of their GUI frontends and this will give you a clue about what you need to install in order to fulfill the dependency requirements.
If you are using openSUSE 10.2 like your profile says, then use the rpms from here.
Thanks. I downloaded and installed Filezilla, but for some reason can't connect to the web. I enter my details, host, username, password, but nothing happens. It displays my local files, but not a thing in the 'remote site' panels.
As I shall be upgrading to build 10.3 later this week (the disk is stuck in the postal strike) I think that I will leave it until later.
