It is possible in linux/ubuntu insttalation with help of ghosting just like windows OS.

By "ghosting" do you mean disk imaging? ie: Norton Ghost. If so, then I would recommend clonezilla, which as a relatively self explanatory text based gui, that steps you through it.
If you mean something else, please elaborate.

Also: "Help Me" is a bad choice of thread title, Try choosing a more descriptive title.
