How to setup xorg xkb layout options per-user?

I don't run any desktop environment which handles this. I instead want to setup Xorg to load the needed settings depending on configuration in /home/user. Maybe there's some per-user config file for Xorg?

Hello 183,

I'd recommend to read the manpages of xmodmap and setxkbmap. Both provide concepts which help a user to get an individual keyboard-layout with X.
