http://www.freevix.org/??

I finaly got the parts i need for the media center (tv tuner cards, tv out cards) well i herd about a distro that hadfreevo build into to it (which means me not having to try to figure out how to install an linux OS to the hard drive without a pretty gui to go with it. (i'm still a noob) yet it seems that freevix has vanished. i tried their main site, look for mirrors of it nothing. I even tried out there project site hoping at least that would work
http://freshmeat.net/projects/freevix/ but freshmeat says there is no such project. what happend to this distro? and does anyone out there still have a copy?

thanks for the help

According to Distrowatch, Freepia is a distro with Freevo built in. The Freevix distro looks to me as if it died.

prob is that one is only really able to run on those fanless mobos, i tried it on a normal mobo and it just sat there after it was done booting, then i press the power buttion and it shows it shutting down.
