Red face [SOLVED] LFS won't boot (Framebuffer issue)

Hey there I have a huge problem every time I built LFS, its very strange, I haven't seen it in google by searching so deep, so I came here to ask it.

My issue:
I recently compiled LFS 11.2. I didn't get any unexpected errors, however until I tried to reboot the system and boot into kernel using GRUB efi (after installing efivar & efibootmgr), I could see that disk activity lights up for about 6/7 seconds (SSD), and then nothing, it just sits there with (Loading Linux-etc...), so I booted into Ubuntu live CD and I realised that kernel boots and there wasn't any errors included in /var/log/{boot.log kern.log}, I also need to mention that CONFIG_EFI_STUB was enabled in kernel build, and I also tried blacklisting nouveau, adding nomodeset and loglevel=7 flag to kernel and basically trying everything I saw in internet, but still got no luck.

EDIT: omg wth, I just typed root and then password and waited a little bit, then I wrote reboot and pressed enter, then the system got rebooted. What's wrong???

EDIT (2): I also tried setting grub terminal_output to console and boot again, but still no luck, exact same thing.

any help appreciated, thanks all!
