Just wondering if bluez is installed with blueman-manager. Cuz bluez has

and inxi shows hci2 and hcil as being down and unknown. Is ping test working . rfkill blocking anything? Maybe because it is azrock 2021 board. Gear too new? Just guessing.

Nothing has been blocked by rfkill,
Code:
doas rfkill
ID TYPE DEVICE SOFT HARD
 0 bluetooth hci0 unblocked unblocked
 1 wlan phy0 unblocked unblocked
And the wifi still goes down even when having restored the lost libs including firmware files from a backup Artix, entirely w/o being blocked by h/w i.e. UEFI BIOS
And kerbel and whose firmwares are always ok, but NM connection editor always reports "device not ready" somewhy, in nmtui wifi scans aren't even visible
And nmcli says it to be unavailable somewhy
Code:
wlan0: unavailable
        "Intel 6 AX210/AX211/AX411 160MHz"
wifi (iwlwifi), 8C:B8:7E:54:7E:41, hw, mtu 1500
