A good directory for cellphone applications

Have been struggling to find cellphone software with google, with little success. There must be a more productive way to find such software. Any recommendations?

Looking for mobile java (j2me) applications preferably.

Thanks. That has the S40 too. But surprisingly there is no application there that uses the camera on the S40, even the ubiquitous skype is missing.

Any other places to look for camera applications? A motion-activated or remotely activated camera would be nice too.
