Can't change back to "normal" from Emergency on Motorola G30

Hey all.

I have tried to look everywhere to disable the Emergency mode, I unfortunately activated. I found no help.

Have tried the sound-up - power-on combination, no help there.

So my question simply is: How to disable/deactivate Emergency mode, so it is again possible to use the phone normally?

Regards

Thanks for the info #smallpond#

I found an alternative solution:

Went on the site:

https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/home/

Then I downloaded and used the
Quote:
Upgrade & Rescue Tool
The Rescue function swiped the phone totally combined with installing a clean factory firmware.
(Make sure you have downloaded the correct firmware first)

Then all I had to do is login and restore from cloud

Hope this helps some of you out there

Regards
