Change delay time with wu-ftpd file

Hi all,

My platform is operating on RedHat Linux AS2.1. I have enable FTP service by changing /etc/xinetd.d/wu-ftpd file. But I would like to change "delay time" with FTP session. I have not known where to change these parameters. Anyone knows to help me. please.

Thank in advance.
