Oh,girl,this is deep.
If I only had Debian installed on my machine.

You need to run
Code:
make modules_install
in the kernel source directory.

i try but

make: *** No rule to make target `modules_install'. Stop.

so... can i run this?

But you tried

in the kernel source directory,right?

i havn't this path for install on source directory

Yes,try to run it in /usr/src/linux (if you have it) and post the output of uname -a.

First try to reinstall iptables;
Code:
apt-get --reinstall install iptables
then try commands I posted before.You can install kernel sources with something like
Code:
apt-get install kernel-source-2.6.26
for example.
Command
Code:
uname -a
will tell you kernel version that you're running.

so ... my friends tell me ...i can use iptables like:

iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -s 192.168.0.0/24 -j SNAT --to-source 217.219.20.1

i run it but don't error ... but what's 217.219.20.1 ??

Well,ask your friends what is 217.219.20.1.
Kernel source should be available in the repos.
