qmail shared libraries "libc.so.6" problem

I have been trying to install qmail several times on my server but it didn't work. When I run a test command,
echo to: john | /var/qmail/bin/qmail-inject , I got this error message

bin/qmail-queue: error while loading shared libraries: libc.so.6: cannot open shared object file: Permission denied
qmail-inject: fatal: qq temporary problem (#4.3.0)

My server used to run Sendmail and Postfix before. However, I think that I did a clean uninstallation of Sendmail and Postfix, because when I run the following command, it didn't show anything:
# rpm -qa | grep sendmail
# rpm -qa | grep postfix

Also, here are the result of commands that I run:
ps waux | grep qmail-send
root 1099 0.0 0.0 1356 68 ? S May09 0:00 supervise qmail-send
qmails 1110 0.0 0.0 1400 128 ? S May09 0:00 qmail-send
root 1185 0.0 0.2 3584 648 pts/1 S 00:33 0:00 grep qmail-send

ps waux | grep qmail-lspawn
root 1116 0.0 0.0 1368 4 ? S May09 0:00 qmail-lspawn cat /var/qmail/control/defaultdelivery
root 1206 0.0 0.2 3576 644 pts/1 S 00:33 0:00 grep qmail-lspawn

ps waux | grep qmail-rspawn
qmailr 1117 0.0 0.0 1364 96 ? S May09 0:00 qmail-rspawn
root 1223 0.0 0.2 3580 648 pts/1 S 00:34 0:00 grep qmail-rspawn

ps waux | grep qmail-clean
qmailq 1118 0.0 0.0 1360 36 ? S May09 0:00 qmail-clean
root 1237 0.0 0.2 3576 644 pts/1 S 00:34 0:00 grep qmail-clean

I tried to uninstall and reinstall qmail for several times and got the error message mentioned above (... libc.so.6: cannot open shared object file....). Is there something wrong on my server? Does anyone have any idea to solve this problem?

Any comments would be really appreciated.

Thank you in advance,
JTheDream

Thanks ppuru and maxut for your suggestions.

Firstly, I already applied the first patch (errno). I have not tried the rest of them yet. Since my error occured at the very first of the test--sending short email to local user, the rest of patches might not effect much. However, I will try to patch all.

As of my installation, I followed chapter2 in this book,
The qmail Handbook. I will try to uninstall and follow www.qmailrocks.org.

Still, I think that the problem is about shared library, not just qmail configuration, because I searched in Google and found that the error message, libc.so.6: cannot open shared object file: Permission denied, occured in other applications as well, e.g., portgre.

Thank you for all suggestions
