Thanks alot to all memebers. The problem was with the file ownership. The file created by xinetd i-e xinetdlog was owned by root. By changing the the ownership to

Code:
-rw-r--r--. 1 lp sys 4224 23. Mai 14:21 xinetdlog
i have the logs now. I keep this thread open because i am still working on it may be i need help in future.

Now the problem is switching from old to new print server, i have to switch one by one printer which means turn off PrinterA on old server and turn on PrinterA on a new server, the user have an access to the old print server via Browsing IP (in /etc/cups/cups-browsed.conf). As soon as i turn off PrinterA on old server it will be disappeared from user PC because they wont be browsing on new server IP. And if i add second IP on user PC (Browsing IP newServer)the printer list is not stable i-e the printers appear and disappear.

I dont prefer to shutdown completely old server and turn on new server.

Is there anyway ? doing the migration of printer one by one on cups server.

No, there isn't. Which is why you were told in your other thread that what you're doing is NOT the best way to do this. You're going to have to put hands on all your workstations anyway....so setting up the printers directly over the network would be the same amount of work, and eliminate a single point of failure.

You could just swap the addresses between the two servers, couldn't you??? Would accomplish the same thing, right??

Regarding this, my preference will be to change the browse IP at user PC. Currently i am facing a strange problem when i print a document from LibreOffice writer, the content was

Code:
Printer Test
content does not get printed on page, instead is shows error on the page

Code:
Error Name: /undefined
Offending Command: ****
Operand Stack:
With one printer i reinstalled PPD file it worked and content got printed but for another printer it did not work and printed the same error on page.
How should i fix this ?
I have also searched but the solution did not work for me. Work around to save the file first as PDF and then print but this is little painful.

Operating system: Desktop: Cinnamon 5.2.7 Distro: Linux Mint 20.3 Una base: Ubuntu 20.04 focal.
