My file system seems to have gone crazy - ?

Ubuntu 20.04 lts

I have a back HD in my system. Two icons show up in my dash, if I point the mouse over one, it says "efi" and if I click it it brings up "Disk usage anaylzer." If I scroll the mouse over the other icon it says "Filesystem root."

My home folder that takes me to the folders like downloads, pictures, videos, etc... isn't in the dash anymore.

If I try to take a screenshot and save it to the destkop, no screenshot file shows up on the desktop.

It's as if things have gone hay wire crazy.

Are there any linux commands that I can run in terminal to attempt to fix these problems? If not, I'll do a clean install.
