need dolution for -kernel must be loaded before booting -acer 5733Z -meego

i am using acer aspire 5733z. it was preloaded with meego. i have restored factory setting. Now i receive minimal bash line editing is supported . while i try boot command it says kernel must be loaded before booting. I done have Installation CD/USB.Kindly provide solution

I think you are going to need to explain a little more carefully. I know grub gives that message if you type boot on the grub command line without specifying a kernel.
Is that what you are doing?

What about your grub entries? Are they not working?

I'm not exactly sure what you mean when you say that you restored factory settings, but if you mean to say that you re-installed the operating system that came with it, did you install and write it to the boot sector?
