First of all, a heartfelt and very sincere thank you to all in this forum who took an interest in the Lindependence 2008 event in Felton, CA. The organizers of this event have told me they are definitely seeing a rise in interest from this site, so thank you so much for any involvement you have had!
Please check out helios latest blog post, it tells the story of how the linux publications either supported or ignored this effort to spread GNU/Linux/FOSS to masses of people. It's pretty eye opening to see who did what.
