On several websites I have visited lately,I have recently received a message that I should visit from a different IP address; when I tried to get a bank balance, it just shut me out. Also, I have been kidnapped on several occasions, i.e. brought to a different website The only thing I could find that seemed applicable suggested that I have a virus that has resulted in my IP address being blacklisted because I've been identified as a spammer. However, this came from the experimental generative version of google, which is not always accurate. Is this correct? I have a desktop computer that runs manjaro and a chromebook. How can I tell if the desktop is infected? With the chromebook, I was about to replace chromos with lubuntu; would that get rid of a virus? And once everything is clean, how do I get my LP address delisted? My eternal gratitude to anyone who can shed any light on this has my eternal gratitude!
I right click on "text file" in the panel on the right side of the screen and save it as a text file to my hard drive. From there I, as root, copy it to
/etc
as, hosts
No quote marks, no suffix, just, hosts

Your question is confusing as written. Which computer is having a problem? The Chromebook or the desktop? What version of Manjaro? What browser? Are you using TOR or a VPN server?? Most importantly, what are you running on those systems that could identify you as a spammer??
The root of the problem needs to be found first; getting your IP address removed from spamhaus and/or Google can be done by looking at the respective websites, and following thei procedures for getting your IP verified/whitelisted.
