I'm using Mandrake Linux 10, and experiencing a strange problem with Firestarter 0.9.3.
I installed the RPM package for my distro, and everything seemed to be working fine. Port scans showed me that all of my ports were stealed.
The problem is, I can't un-stealth them. I try adding a rule to open a port (any port) and it will allow traffic on that port for maybe a minute, then, even though the rule is still active on Firestarter, it will start to ignore the rule.
Also, if I right-click on the firestarter tray icon, and click "Stop Firewall", it will start itself again in a minute.
I've tried uninstalling Firestarter, and fixing IPTables manually, but i didn't really know what i was doing, so all ports stayed stealthed.
