Mail Server with : Postfix,dovecot. (Can send email, but can't receive email from internet mail)

Dear all,

I try to setup the mail server with using postfix and dovecot on the Centos OS. I registered my domain to godaddy.com. Let say my domain is linuxme.com. After I finished the configuration, I get some issue here. I can send my email to another mail (i.e test@gmail.com). And I also can send my email from Mail User Agent like Squirrelmail, Outlook Express, etc. (It means, my dovecot is working good here).
But when i do replying to my domain or I try to send a new mail from i.e gmail.com account, I cannot receive this email in my domain mail account (linuxme.com domain). I cannot get the log here. I only get Mail Message from my Gmail account "Delivery Status Notification (Failure)" "The error that the other server returned was: 550 550 5.1.1"
My question is;
1. Is there somebody can advice me, how to test something like a traceroute where is my configuration wrong ?
2. What I need to make attention in order to setup this mail server (i.e Attention for MX records) ?
3. Can you advice me step by step that i need to do to complete this mail server setup ?
For example ;
a. I need to register my domain, and do a setting in MX Records for my mail server hostname.
b. Do a setting up for my DNS Server (bind9).
c. Install and configure the postfix and dovecot + spamassassin.
d. And etc.

I am really happy if there is a book can give me a reference for how to do this.
Thank you very much for your kindly attention.

Yes It seems that your domain has not registered and not having MX record please register this first.
