Can't import/export jsonlz4 bookmark files - Firefox 118.0.2(64bit)

Hi,

I just updated my computer from Ubuntu 20.04 to 22.04.

I have bookmark files I want to import to the firefox.

When I go to Manage Bookmarks there is no Import and Export library option.

Mozilla has no help subjects that cover this. Anyone have the same problem and a solution ??

Thanks, R

Hi, have you right clicked in the top bar and made sure you can see the menu (File, Edit etc etc)? You can then click Bookmarks/manage Bookmarks and you will find Import & Backup in the top part of the window that opens.

nothing worked. Can't see "edit view history etc" the whole line is dark with dark text.

They keep "improving" ? and make it harder and harder to use! UGH!!! Leave the damn firefox program alone is what I say.

Are you using a dark theme? Maybe switch to light so you can see the menu text etc easier, fix your bookmarks and then you will be set.

Another option, hit CTRL+SHIFT+ o and a window opens, hit the "import and bookmark button.

WELL DUMB ME !!!!!!!!

I finally discovered the menu bars have a dark gray background and a black foreground (text). You can't see them.

Now all I have to do is find out how to fix that.

Thanks for time and help people!
