Welcome to LQ.
Directional Antenna
http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...ional-antenna/
... As you can see when reading through the posts, a 64bits OS is required.
The patch, for e.g. ns-2.35 : directional-antenna_ns235.patch
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B7S...ew?usp=sharing
Build example, ns-2.35, Ubuntu 12.04 - x86_64 :
Code:
$ tar xvf ns-allinone-2.35_gcc482.tar.gz
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B7S255p3kFXNSGJCZ2YzUGJDVk0/view?usp=sharing
$ cd ns-allinone-2.35/
$ patch -p0 < directional-antenna_ns235.patch
$ ./install
$ cd ns-2.35/
$ sudo make install
$ cp ns ns235-dir-antenna
$ sudo cp ns235-dir-antenna /usr/local/bin/
P.S. : I actually don't know which OS will work today.
I suspect that Ubuntu 12.04 got updated to much for Directional Antenna to work.
? May be Ubuntu 11.10 or CentOS 6.7 ?
