build_installer.sh: Switch to the 'pciutils' implementation of 'lspci' since
Busybox's implementation lacks the capability to map hardware IDs to model

I am onboard for this, but after years of using LTS kernels in Slackware then moving to a release kernel, for a brief moment I felt like cheeseburger helper from Family Guy lol.
Happy to see this kernel in -current. If I'm not mistaken this means we should be able to install Slackware to a bcachefs file system.
The kernel is new enough for it, but you may need to make a request for a bcachefs-tools package added in current to work with the filesystem (or build a package for yourself in the meanwhile).
