Trying to reach LQ pages with Vivaldi is currently resulting in a cloudflare loop for me. Firefox also gets a verification screen, but at least it works after one try.
You need to have a very recent version of FF. I installed separately the latest one from Mozilla and am using it exclusively for LQ. The regular Slackware FF doesn't get me in.

Mine is 125.0.3 and it had the problem. I also tried TOR browser, latest, and it showed the same symptoms. I think the CF servers had the problem.
BTW: they changed something and the problem is still present, but it is a LOT better now. (1:52AM eastern time USA)
For the last day or two I'm getting checked by Cloudfare to see if I am human, which I am, according to my birth certificate.
It's extremely insulting. Verifying you are human indeed! Before long these squatters who have hijacked and monopolised the web will be taking time out to verify we hold the "correct" political, moral and social views.
For the record, Safari on iPad gets past the check fairly quickly and LQ loads up fine. EU-IRL.

It's doing the same thing for me on FF 126 in Slackware64-current.

Have no worries! This will end soon.
I for one I guess that in no more than 25-30 years a message like this will be catalogued as Speciesism and the site daring doing this will be sued from orbit for being Human Supremacist.
Until then, let's blame the storms and solar flares, while gracious ignoring that today any barely literate with some money can make a 1000 TB storage, then to start "training" his personal Large Data Model by scrapping the internet over a 1Gbps Ethernet link.
And they are legions!

All the previously mentioned problems have occurred with Firefox, Vivaldi and Basilisk.
also Falkon browser*
All my browsers often end-up on "Bad Gateway" page after the "verify that you are human" stuff for a few days now.
*Off-topic:
1. First time using Falkon. It came (to me) with Slackware 15 stable, I like it!
2. Second day of using Slackware and next day after registering to this forum... this happens. I was searching how to get VPN, convinced it was only me )) (in my 'democratic' nato occupied country, police ask for your ID and write you down on a list if you leave flowers at the fence of the wrong embassy

Reason: missed post
Confirming that there is an ongoing network attack aimed at the site. FWIW, without Cloudflare the site would have been 100% unavailable for the entire duration, vs slow or sometimes not available. We're continuing to investigate.

I presume a DDOS attack and clownfaire saved the day. (Although not in an elegant fashion.)
