first release (not tested on radxa 3) please check the booting.

Thank you for making this available. I bought one of the 2GB versions intending to use it as a small home server, and it is working well. The only small problem I had was no keyboard input on serial console. I was able to see all u-boot and kernel boot messages, which is probably all I actually need now that I have ssh set up.
