NIS password problem with Xsession

Hi Managers,

We recently renamed the NIS domain name in our setup.

After this change we are facing a strange problem. Whenever you change NIS
password for existing user, the user is not able to login on xsession on
cygwin.
It says incorrect login however the new NIS password working well with
command line sessions like putty.

The xessions are working fine with old NIS passwords.

Any clue to resolve this problem will be highly appreciated.

Regards,
