Regarding # /opt/CTEact/bin/act & /opt/SUNWexplo/bin/explorer not available for x86
Hi
As I have gone through the Crash Dump Analysis for Solaris, in which it has been specified to generate crash dump info using command /opt/CTEact/bin/act & /opt/SUNWexplo/bin/explorer.
In the same ref while I have checked, for Solaris 10 on Intel Architecture I was not able to search above files/folders.
As I got the software to install Explorer on Intel based solaris. ALso I have installed & executed explorer which creates tar file. In the same ref I would like to know that
1. how SUn Engineer are extracting info of system from the tar file of explorer
2. Can we resore the system settings with above explorer tool.
As I want to clarify one more query, that in case after taking the explorer.tar in cd suppose my server has been crashed and in that case I have installed fresh os in diff disk.
Now I want to restore all system settings in single command/tool so that all old settings will be restored [like in windows there is system restore like concept is there] from above explorer tar.
