Difference between add-apt-repository and apt-add-repository

After typing (in a terminal):

Code:
cd /usr/bin && ls | less
I found something in the list that started to confuse me:

Code:
apt-add-repository
And also:

Code:
add-apt-repository
Just what the h*** is the difference between those two commands? It seems as though they both share the same purpose: adding software repositories to your system.

Ah, so I take it apt-add-repository is merely a link to add-apt-repository? That makes sense now. Marking this thread as Solved.

That's the way it looks on my system.
